The Oper808r Supply MedRoll takes the modern roll style IFAK concept and puts it into a compact package designed to integrate with the gear you already run.

The MedRoll attaches to hook and loop lined plate carriers, chest rigs, and compatible belt systems, giving you an unobtrusive way to add medical storage without dedicating a large section of your setup to another bulky pouch.

Inside is a removable organizing insert that keeps your medical equipment together while allowing the entire kit to be accessed when needed.

Rather than another run of modern Multicam or solid color nylon, these are being made locally using rare Irish DPM material.
